How do I place an order?

Simply brows the products and select the item that suits your need. You can add the item/s to your shopping cart and check out or go back and select more products. Fill the required forms, choose your method of payments and finalize your order by pressing submit.   

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Shipping usually takes about 3 to 14 business days depending on your location, however it takes up to 7 business days to process your order as we have been dealing with a huge surge of demands for these products.   

When will my tracking information appear?

You should receive an email with your tracking information once your package leave our fulfillment centre, this process can take up to 7 business days.   

Why is my shipment status unchanged?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.  


What if my package never arrived? 

If you order hasn’t arrived 40 days from placing it with us, provided you correctly input your address and there wasn’t any measures you could have taken to aid your product from getting to you (ie. complying with any customs and local courier charges) then we will offer you a refund on your order.

Please reply to the email order confirmation we can handle it from there. Please note: If you have already placed your order and it’s within 40 days we cannot refund you. Once your order has been shipped and processed it’s already on its way and out of our control. You may choose to dispute the charges with your bank or credit card provider, however keep in mind if you lose the dispute as the terms are clearly laid out, you may pay an additional charge for losing the dispute.

What if I change my mind and need a refund?

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. For this reason, we cannot issue refunds or process cancellations, so please read the item’s description carefully before you place your order. Once you have placed your order we cannot cancel and refund it. Refunds or exchanges will be issued if your order never arrived or if an error was done on our side, as long as you let us know within 3 days after delivery. Refunds will be sent to the original source of payment. In case an exchange or return is approved by us, we will let you know via email. Returns received without our approval will not be processed for refund or exchange.  


Best Practices

While placing your order, please make sure to give us the correct information to avoid any mistakes in the item(s). Also, keep in mind that colors may look a bit different in person due to monitor variations. We strongly recommend you check your package as soon as you receive it. If your order is incomplete or wrong, let us know within a week of delivery and we will contact you to resolve the issue. If for any reason your package is returned to us, we might need to collect additional postage fees to re-ship your order. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, please note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You can contact your bank and credit card company to check for pending transactions. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will only be made for the exact same product (including color, size, etc). Please do not send back any packages without obtaining our written authorization first. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Please note that by placing an order with us, you agree to all the terms and policies indicated on this website.
